Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for non-customized orders. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@nufunactivities.com for approval and instructions on how to send your package. All associated shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer via a trackable method. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, if the return meets all requirements, NuFun will credit the original purchase price of the product ordered. Shipping expenses will not be credited. Items sent back to us outside of the 30 day return window and without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns received that are not pre-approved and do not meet the return requirements, are not eligible for refund. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nufunactivities.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Customized/Printed orders:

All sales are final on customized or printed orders. No refunds or returns will be authorized.
Customized orders are printed as-is. NuFun will not manipulate a file, including but not limited to changing the background to a transparent background. It is the customers full responsibly to ensure all files are properly set up prior to submitting an order. NuFun is unable to reimburse any expense due to an improper file submission.
